Mr. Harmon is a recognized Hospitality, Food and Retail business leader in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. He has over 30 years of international business experience including President and COO positions with restaurants, major supermarkets, and member club stores. He has served in various roles with trade, educational and local businesses. His passion for supporting local communities led to his role with the team that created Entonces y Siempre. EYS is a 501c3 designed to be an integral part of a community, supplying food and essentials everyday, and being there when a disaster strikes.
ana Carolina Chacon
Secertary, Board of Directors - Honduras
Ms. Chacon has over 25 years of international Retail, Manufacturing, & Hospitality experience as both an exceutive and influencer with Latin America & the Caribbean’s leading ‘Costco’ counterpart, PriceSmart Inc.. Ms. Chacon has developed industry leading standards for world recognized properties including: The Breakers Hotels, Palm Beach, Florida, The United States and most recently she holds dual executive roles with Intercity Hotels group headquartered in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Fresh Eats HN, food services group also headquartered in Honduras. Ms. Chacon’s professional and personal experience stems from “on the ground” executive and operational involvement where she worked daily, slept, ate, and socialized in each country with each local population represented throughout the Americas. Ms. Chacon has led global retail and manufacturing growth individually & thoughout each locality within North, Central & South America including the Caribbean. Ms. Chacon has previously held the role of Vice President of Product Development for USA based importer exporter, Everest Foods Enterprises and today continues to demonstrate her compassion and understanding of individual "Human Need" by her involvement with equally compassionate charitable groups, Habitat for Humanity and Nuestras Hermanas de la Caridad de Madre Teresa de Calcuta.
Marissa Badall
Board of Directors - Trinidad & Tobago
Marissa Badall brings over 15 years’ experience in corporate communications and project management in the public and private sectors in Trinidad and Tobago, with 7 years’ direct experience in managing EU-funded projects on behalf of The University of the West Indies. These grants financed international education projects involving the ACP (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) and European universities with a total value of EUR 28.5 million, and Marissa was involved from the ground up - writing proposals for funding, implementing project activities, managing project budgets, monitoring impacts, and reporting. Currently, she serves as the Programme Manager of Serving Women and Youth (SWAY) which provides sustainable livelihood training for women and young people in poor communities in Trinidad. This builds on her previous experience working in theGovernment Ministry responsible for social services in Trinidad and Tobago, which directly treated with the most vulnerable groups in the country. She holds an MA in Communications, Media and Public Relations as well as professional certifications in Project Management and Events Management.
Rovin Maharaj
Board of Directors - Trinidad & Tobago
Rovin Maharaj is a procurement expert with over 17 years’ experience in retail in the Caribbean and Latin America. He works to bridge gaps and build sustainable relationships between the companies he works for, suppliers, and other stakeholders while ensuring ultimate value to his customers. Rovin is passionate about teaching and learning, serving as a mentor in the workplace as well as a martial arts instructor to children and teenagers outside of the office.He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (UK) and he holds an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Planning, and a BSc in Information Systems and Management. As a CIPS Member, he is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity in his professional and personal life. His work for multinational corporations has made him keenly aware of the poor living conditions experienced by vulnerable groups across the two regions. He has assisted in charity campaigns in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala and Trinidad and Tobago, and looks forward to making greater contributions via Entonces Y Siempre.
Ricardo Dubon
Board of Directors - Honduras
Ricardo Dubon is a food and beverage Entrepreneur whith 25 years of experience in the food Businnes and expert in bakeries and production of artisan Bread and frozen foods for retail businesses. He has worked whith multinational supplier such as Dawn Foods, Puratos, and many other great companies in the food and bakery world. Ricardo is a black belt second Dan in Shotokan Karate and helps as a volunteer in National and International championships serving as assistent coach for smaller age categories and sometimes as referee during combat fights.He has a dregree in Food and Beverage business administration with specialized courses in pastry and bread production. He has worked for multinational corporations with high standards and of ethics and demanding levels of operativing procedures.

Samuel Pho
Board of Directors - Cambodia
Mr. Pho is a world authority on Hindu and Buddhist archaeological sites in Southeast Asia and on the development of indigenous populations within the region. He is an internationally recognized lecturer and writer who has led scholarly investigations in and around the 162.6 hectare ancient Khmer capital city of Angkor for the last two decades.
Mr. Pho started his business career in restaurant development and tourism and currently serves as CEO and President of Siem Reap Tour Guide, the premier international tourist business serving the region. He holds degrees in Hotel Management and Tourism and fosters international awareness of Siem Reap through his business and personal endeavors.
Mr. Pho’s logistics and trade expertise within the region has been instrumental in establishing the ENOTONCES.ORG resource development and disaster preparedness teams now based in the Department of Siem Reap, Cambodia. With his wife and family, Mr. Pho continues to donate time and resources within the region making an Unexpected Difference for many underprivileged persons living in his community and far away.
Ginger Phelan
Board of Directors - USA
Ms. Phelan is an internationally recognized expert in equestrian investments, acquisitions and training in the thoroughbred racehorse industry. She has held various leadership roles within the industry for over forty years including most recently as owner and CEO.
Ms. Phelan is an accomplished world traveler with broad international business experience including the South Pacific and Asia. Her travels have included a deep personal commitment to restoring social values and welfare within the developing world and particularly within the Western Hemisphere.
Most recently, Ms. Phelan was instrumental in the formation of food assistance programs and day to day operations withing the indigenous Mayan communities in Guatemala.She continues to be an avid supporter of Calvary Chapel and St. Jude.
Leonel Juarez
Board of Directors - Guatemala
Mr. Juarez is an internationally recognized speaker on indigenous populations within Latin America with specific focus on the Mesoamerican cultures of Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico. His logistics and trade expertise within the region has been instrumental in establishing the ENOTONCES.ORG resource development and disaster preparedness teams now based in the Department of Peten, Guatemala.
Mr. Juarez began his career in restaurant development and construction, but it is his current passion for people and personal friendships that has led him to found and develop the leading tour operations group in Guatemala and the Yucatan focusing on providing a window into the wide and vivid history of the region.
As President and CEO of Wildlife Nature Tours based on the outskirts of the ancient Mayan city of Tikal, Mr. Juarez opens that window for many of us on a daily basis.
