Development/Fundraising Manager (Retiree):
Our new colleague will be an organized self-starter with a proven record of success in fundraising, including major gifts. They will engage existing donors and inspire new prospects to give. They will understand prospect research, project management, and how to formulate and maintain solicitation strategies.
The Development/Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Development Team and works to achieve annual revenue and engagement goals through year-round partnerships with companies and workplace employees. Working with senior leadership, the Development/Fundraising Manager will implement successful fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the CEO, COO and BOD, the Development/Fundraising Manager willdevelop and execute an annual Fundraising Plan.
The Development/Fundraising Manager will collaborate with colleagues, donors, and volunteers to inspire people to financially support the Vision and Mission of Entonces Y Siempre (EYS).
• Contribute to strategic leadership and liaise with our Board of Directors, Constituents, and Operations Teams. Your leadership style must be both democratic and consultative. You will take the initiative to help our organization grow and lead by example. You will help build, engage, and leverage the strengths of our entire Team – Board and staff – to inspire our growth.
• Identify new major gift leads, determine which donors may be able to increase support, and prepare individualized solicitation plans. You will need to have a thorough understanding of prospect research, execution, and management. With support, you will be responsible for establishing new major gifts plans and protocols.
• Champion and execute workplace campaigns and other fundraising initiatives. You build relationships with new and existing business partners, secure major gifts, new sponsorships, and private grants.
• Improve & expand our database. To be successful, you’ll need to be able to use our database to run reports and queries. You will use the information to appropriately Thank, Recognize, Engage, and Communicate (TREC) with donors. You will need to understand how we capture information related to types of giving (monetary, in-kind), relationships (relatives, employment, affiliations), affinities (programs, volunteer opportunities), contact info, and demographics.
• Secure new corporate gifts and sponsorships. You will work with stakeholders who share our passion for creating lasting change. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on these corporate grants personally and/or in collaboration with the impact team.
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, nonprofit leadership, public administration, business, or related discipline) preferred, but not required. • Minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in fundraising, resource development, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. • Strong knowledge of project research, execution, & management of revenue development and proven track record raising money from individuals, businesses and other philanthropic entities. • Excellent communication skills that can clearly and effectively convey EYS initiatives to diverse audiences. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Comfortable with technology, including prospect research platforms, MS Office, etc. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records relating to donors and prospects. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach. Communications & Marketing Lead:
This role is essential for building the Entonces Y Siempre (EYS) brand, raising awareness about our Mission, and engaging with our target audience and stakeholders. The Communications & Marketing Lead is responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing social media, creating content, and handling public (new) relations efforts. Effective communication is required to attract supporters, donors, and volunteers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all EYS marketing, branding, media, public relations, campaign promotion, market research, crisis communication, and marketing-related customer relationship activities, all essential to enhancing the organization’s brand reputation and community support. • Manages, develops, and mentors department personnel for professional and organizational growth. • Functions as the senior point of contact for external agencies, consultants, and organizational partners. • Works closely with the team to develop and drive marketing and communications strategies. • Monitors and advises the CEO, leadership team, and key constituents on issues of organizational importance and creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives in support of the EYS mission. • Supports CEO communications, interviews, and speaking engagements. • Oversee all aspects of marketing and communications, including branding, advertising, collateral materials, direct mail, email, sponsorship, and business partner development, etc. • Responsible for key corporate communications vehicles like annual reports, newsletters, speechwriting, and social media • Develops proactive marketing and public relations programs to place stories and garner favorable coverage, generating content and stories that can be used for communications purposes across multiple platforms. • Collaborate across the organization, leveraging resources, staff, and volunteers to expand the reach of the brand. • Develop and execute a strategy to engage partners, including celebrities, businesses, sports teams, media outlets, and others to build the brand locally. • Oversees development of all messaging and materials for the annual community fundraising campaign, including CLOVER online donating and third-party processors’ content • Works with the Business Solution Team and our retail and manufacturing partners to identify and implement marketing programs to effectively develop long term and sustainable community relationships. • Leads and recruits for the Marketing committee and leverages professional relationships to access local marketing professionals’ expertise for developing effective EYS marketing strategies. • Oversees the development and maintenance of the EYS website, current and new social media platforms, and production of advertising, organizational videos, and digital, and print collateral. • Oversees development and evolution of organizational emails and newsletters. • Cultivates and maintains positive, productive relationships with board members, volunteers, community and business leaders, investors, stakeholders, senior staff, employees, and agencies; matches volunteer talent to service opportunities that will strengthen the relationship and be mutually beneficial. • Provides collaborative leadership and direction of organization’s staff and volunteer responses during times of crisis or disaster; coordinates organization’s efforts with those of EYS Support & Response Team (SRT).
Education Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.

Campaign/Risk Manager (Retiree):
As our organization grows, EYS may face new risks or challenges resulting from unforeseen circumstances. Our Direct Support Trips are complicated adventures. The Campaign/Risk Manager will be responsible for successful campaign execution domestically and abroad. DS Trips require advanced safety planning, tax & governmental considerations, and overall people and cargo logistics. The Campaign/Risk Manager will assess these risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the organization remains secure, resilient, and capable of fulfilling its Mission, even in the face of adversity.
• The Campaign/Risk Manager is responsible for administration and successful Management of each Campaign Project and Risk Assessment which will serve as the leading factor in designing, organizing, coordinating and implementing the aganda and Risk Management Program for each Campaign. The primary objective of this role is to identify and mitigate risk including people, physical spaces, and fiscal assets of the organization.
• The Campaign/Risk Manager is an active participant in performance improvement, data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated Campaign, which ensures the provision of the highest quality of success. •Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the EYS Vision and Mission.
• Assists volunteers, Operations, and Constituents in providing risk management support to staff members and investigating issues to conduct root cause analysis.
• Creates and delivers reports and presentations highlighting findings, identifying and explaining potential risks, and recommending solutions .
• Partners with the applicable departments on training programs, for long term health, Injury, Illness prevention, and Risk Management activities.
• Travels to international locations as needed to conduct assessments for people and merchandise including logistics, housing, and deployment as well as UNESCO and destination related cultural participation planning.
• Reviews medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with current governmental regulations where applicable. • Conducts research on best practices in managing risk to support continuous improvement efforts.
